Hello to all of our clients,
We hope everyone has been having an enjoyable 2010 thus far!
Our office has been sailing along smoothly during 2010. 80% of our properties listed for sale have been sold within a four week window period with minimal marketing. We have listed four new properties just today and you are the first to be informed. Have a look at the bottom of this email for more information.
In property management we cannot keep up with the tenant demand. Three to four bedroom homes in the range of $280 to $350 are snapped up so quick that we have tenants moving in without having to advertise the property.

My job role remains the same as the business manager and Tom's PA, however I have decided to finally complete my full real estate certificate and I now hold an 'in-training' sales licence whilst I "learn from the best ! -Sam
Our Property Manager Sue is always very busy. Her next course for tenancy updates is scheduled for June. If you have any questions at all give her a call and if she doesn't have the answer she will find out for you.
Angelique has taken on her role as our Assistant Property Manager brilliantly. By September of this year she will be fully qualified with a Certificate III in Property Services.
Steve completed his Land Agents licence at the end of last year, which is the highest qualification to complete in residential real estate. Steve has had an amazing start to 2010 having listed 8 out of 10 property appraisals, which does show that clients appreciate his no nonsense approach to selling property.
Tom, as always, has been very active selling property and managing the office, whilst also mentoring our team to ensure we achieve our targets. We think he is an alright boss, we just don't tell him that!
